New building project
CAMPERHOME Brail

3.5- and 4.5-room first home for you and your beloved home on wheels

«Space to live. With a place for your motorhome.»

The two CAMPERHOME multiplexes combine high living quality with infrastructure catering specifically also to motorhomes and campervans. The project is intended for people seeking suitable living and parking solutions to be able to integrate their leisure vehicle into their daily lives.
An underground car park that has been specially designed for parking motorhomes and campervans links the two buildings. It features spacious parking bays and ceilings sufficiently high to accommodate larger vehicles. The underground car park is very spacious with parking spaces, some of which have direct access to an adjacent cellar space, offering additional storage space and convenience.

The apartments offer a high quality of living. Bright, spacious layouts ensure a pleasant feeling of space. Well-conceived layouts ensure optimal space usage and enable a pleasant living atmosphere. Spacious balconies with practical storage spaces extend the living area outside, providing space to relax outdoors.

The project offers excellent value for money and combines proximity to nature with short distances to local infrastructure. Residents can enjoy the peaceful green surrounds without having to compromise on a central location.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with occupancy planned from autumn 2027.

«Built for today – with an eye for tomorrow»

Natural materials have been used for the modern architecture, allowing it to blend harmoniously into its surrounds. The multiplexes are being built in an accessible design to Minergie standards (excluding the ventilation and without certification), with the accessibility guidelines of Pro Infirmis also followed.

A photovoltaic system on the roof will ensure a sustainable power supply and round off the well-conceived overall concept.

Vetsch Wohnen AG will contribute its many years of experience to this new building’s architecture.
